Current Weekly Rent Charges

South Warwickshire Plato Trust’s current weekly rent charged to each Excluded Licence Holder is £155.00. This charge includes the following :- The cost of all utility services gas, electricity, water, etc...

Communal TV. Licence.
Communal Telephone Line Rental, where applicable.
Housing maintenance / refurbishment.
Furniture / soft Furnishings.
Communal Gardening.
Renewal of kitchen and household equipment.
Housing management support including emergency contact details for housing related issues.
Heating and appliance repairs.
