One semi-detached house in Wellesbourne.
Twelve flats in Leamington Spa comprising ten single and two double occupancy.
Five flats in Warwick all single occupancy.
Three flats in Kenilworth all single occupancy.

Current Weekly Rent Charges:
South Warwickshire Plato Trust’s current weekly rent charged to each Excluded Licence Holder is £190.00. This charge includes the following :- The cost of all utility services gas, electricity, water, etc…
Communal TV. Licence.
Communal Telephone Line Rental, where applicable.
Housing maintenance / refurbishment.
Furniture / soft Furnishings.
Communal Gardening.
Renewal of kitchen and household equipment.
Housing management support including emergency contact details for housing related issues.
Heating and appliance repairs.
